Senior Valuer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Valuer to join our team of experts in the field of commercial real estate valuation and advisory services. Our team is responsible for providing accurate analysis and projections of property values across various sectors, including residential development and build-to-rent.

In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking detailed market research and project feasibility studies, as well as providing valuation and advisory services to local and international institutions, developers, and private investors. You will also have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical skills, strong research capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively. You will also need to be self-motivated, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

  • CPV with 2+ years post CPV commercial valuation experience.

  • Self-motivated, accurate research and data management capabilities.

  • Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems.
