Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the end-to-end property valuation process across a national portfolio.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in partnering with internal stakeholders and external valuers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant outcomes.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the property valuation process
  • Partner with external valuers and internal stakeholders
  • Analyse valuation results and provide commercial insights
  • Collaborate with Finance, Asset Management, and Investment teams
  • Ensure valuations comply with regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or related discipline
  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) or equivalent highly regarded
  • Solid experience in commercial property valuations
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modelling capability, and commercial acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
