  • Deliver direct clinical nursing care to residents, adhering to best practice procedures and maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
  • Current registration with AHPRA, holding a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • A comprehensive understanding of aged care legislation, quality standards, and AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge, particularly in age-related health issues, and the ability to apply this expertise effectively.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
