Ambassador of Growth and Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for driving new sales and account expansion, positioning our organisation as a trusted brokered supplier of Support Workers and Nurses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new sales and account expansion by identifying new opportunities, building strong provider relationships, and ensuring a seamless onboarding and partnership experience.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships Team Lead to develop and implement effective partnerships and business development plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (Aged Care, Healthcare, or NDIS preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate long sales cycles and provider decision-making structures.
  • Consultative selling approach, with the ability to map out stakeholder needs and tailor solutions.
  • High adaptability, comfortable working in a fast-growing, tech-enabled environment.
  • Solid understanding of aged care funding models, including HCP, CHSP, Support at Home, and NDIS.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven reporting.
