We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for streamlining our purchase order procedures, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and providing exceptional customer service to our operational staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter PO numbers into invoices and prepare them for payment
- Process expenses, accounts payable, and receivable
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely payment
- Provide exceptional customer service to operational staff
- Previous experience in accounts clerical work
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
