Project Management Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management professional to join our team. As an industry leader, we have extensive knowledge and expertise in building rectification and waterproofing.

This full-time on-site position is located in Adelaide and requires the successful candidate to oversee day-to-day project operations, manage project timelines, coordinate with team members, contractors, and suppliers, and ensure compliance with employees to safety, building, and legal regulations.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Defining project objectives, scope, roles & responsibilities.
  • Managing resource requirements and availability & allocation – both internal and third-party.
  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
  • Managing delivery of the project according to the plan.
  • Tracking project progress and providing regular reports to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Ensuring all safety precautions are followed and administered.
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as experience with expediting processes and logistics management. Additionally, they will have:

  • Project Management skills, including timeline management and coordination.

  • Ability to work on-site in Adelaide.
  • Relevant certifications in project management are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role within the commercial and industrial sector.
