**Job Overview:**

As a Hose Assembly Supervisor, you will lead a team of skilled tradespeople in a workshop environment. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career and take on new challenges.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise planned works, workshop labour and materials for scheduled, unscheduled and emerging work.
  • Assist with rosters and job activities to minimize delays and costs.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed information is provided for scoping and estimating job/project costs and timeframes.
  • Review completed works and ensure all documentations are completed, stored and in place.
  • Complete necessary time sheets to reflect employee hours, durations and break-up between jobs.
  • Attend meetings to resolve or report issues and progress related to the work.

**Requirements:**

  • A qualification in Engineering or a trade discipline with a minimum experience of 5 years in the steel or similar industry.
  • Sound supervisory and leadership skills.
  • A sound understanding of the Recognised Service Facility inspection & repair process.
