Acrobatic Trainer

Job Opportunity:

About the Role:

• Develop programs and instruct gymnastics classes in a safe, positive and fun environment for participants.
• Encourage children to engage in a positive fun environment that encourages inclusion whilst always maintaining a duty of care for the children participating in the classes.
• Provide parents/guardians with constructive and practical feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality gymnastic classes to children of various skill levels.
• Assess participant skills and progress, adjusting lesson plans accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child's participation and progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized gymnastic area, ensuring safety equipment is in good working order.

Requirements:

• Gymnastics Australia Beginner or Advanced Coaching accreditation/qualification.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for developing others and creating a positive impact on their lives.

Working Conditions:

• Casual position with varied hours including weekends and evenings.
• Work at multiple centres as required.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching skills.
