**About the Role**

The Reece Group, a leading international company with exceptional values and customer focus, is seeking students to undertake School-based Traineeships in partnership with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd. As a School-based Trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a Reece branch.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Embody the Reece values, policies, and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Complete all requirements of the certificate, including workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments
  • Process sales and manage stock
  • Answer phone calls and take messages and orders
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff
  • Build product knowledge and provide follow-up to customers
  • Contribute to maintaining a high-standard branch

  • Ability to follow instructions and take initiative
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

**Work Arrangements**

As a School-based Trainee, you will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week. You must have Saturday availability, and additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to support your progress.
