About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in Plumbing. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Providing excellent customer service
- Completing all requirements of the certificate
- Processing sales and managing stock
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Communicating with customers and staff
- Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
- Contributing to maintaining a high standard of our branch

We are looking for a team player who possesses good written and verbal communication skills, is able to follow instructions, and has a great attitude. If you are willing to learn and take on new challenges, we want to hear from you.
