Entry Level Support Workers Needed

A leading Aged Care facility is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join their team as Entry Level Support Workers. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors, providing personal care and support services that enable them to maintain their independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with daily living needs, including nourishment, personal hygiene, and other support tasks
  • Performing work within a legal and ethical framework
  • Completing documentation in accordance with legislation and resident care plans
  • Providing emotional and physical support to residents

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support - Aging
  • First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Clear and current National Police Check

While prior experience is not necessary, applicants must be willing to undertake training and development programs to ensure they possess the required skills and knowledge. The facility offers comprehensive induction and ongoing support to all new staff members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
