Job Overview

At Papa John's, we're seeking a talented Shift Leader to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve restaurant performance and achieve sales growth.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other operational expenses.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant leaders to develop and implement company-wide initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed as a Shift Leader at Papa John's, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food industry (required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
