Job Description

Thank you for your interest in joining our school community as a Religious Education teacher.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated educator to enrich the learning of our students on a permanent, full-time basis commencing in 2026.

Our school strives to be authentically Catholic in its identity, whilst ensuring the best possible learning and teaching for the whole person as part of a rich tradition of Catholic education.

Surrounded by beautiful native bushland, wildlife and modern learning spaces, we offer staff and students a tranquil setting for learning.

The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the teaching of Religious Education to secondary students, Years 7-12, and accreditation to teach Religious Education within Catholic Schools is essential.

They will also be able to differentiate learning to cater for students' needs to maximise student learning, understand how to use technology effectively, and motivate students to achieve and develop a life-long love of learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree, or 75% complete)
  • Valid Working with Children Check (for employment purposes)
