Job Title: Program Manager

The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a skilled Program Manager to lead the Rehabilitation Program Section.

This is a key role in managing the DVA's Rehabilitation Program and Household Services & Attendant Care (HHS&AC) program.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the national program delivery of the HHS & AC program, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Conduct data gathering and analysis work to inform program decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships and facilitate collaboration.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of a new service model for HHS & AC, aligning with departmental goals and objectives.
  • Investigate contracting opportunities in HHS & AC, identifying potential partnerships and collaborations.
  • Manage and create procedural support documents, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and regulations.
  • Provide input to and draft Ministerial briefs and Requests for Information, supporting informed decision-making at senior levels.
  • Investigate complaints and instigate remedial action as required, upholding high standards of customer service.
