Lead Clinical Expert

This is a tremendous opportunity for an accomplished professional in the field of audiology or audiological science to assume a pivotal role as a Lead Clinical Expert.

Working closely with senior managers and experts, you will focus on elevating the performance of clinical teams across our clinics in Queensland through continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to clinicians to ensure exceptional patient outcomes, adherence to regulatory standards, and optimal team performance.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to clinician needs.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with relevant professional bodies, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at key meetings and forums, fostering partnerships and collaborations.

You will also be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of client hearing loss using advanced audiometric techniques, providing detailed reports, and referring clients to medical practitioners when necessary.

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • A degree in audiology or audiological science from a recognized institution.
  • Current membership or eligibility for membership of AudA or ACAud.
  • A valid QP number or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Profound knowledge and skills in audiology, including experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Previous coaching experience, with a strong ability to influence behavior change highly regarded.
