Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to join our ICU team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

This is a critical position in our ICU, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. You will be responsible for mentoring and educating junior staff members, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current registration with AHPRA or In-Principle approval, minimum 2 years post-graduate experience in a local ICU, sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
