About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to drive finance operations in WA.

This role will play a pivotal part in helping to drive finance operations in WA, working closely with business units to provide financial insights and recommendations.

The successful candidate will possess a relevant background working in either a Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner capacity within a commercial environment. They will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and comfort liaising with senior stakeholders, as well as the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Communicate financial findings to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
  • Support strategic decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.
  • Identify, implement and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • CA/CPA Qualified.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort liaising with senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
