Role OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced person to join our team as a Stay ChatTY Project Officer. This permanent full-time role will involve promoting and delivering mental health messages and programs within the community and strengthening our impact across Tasmania.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Sports Program state-wide through session facilitation, key stakeholder engagement, administration, program evaluation, content development, and innovation.
- Apply a clinical lens to deliver existing mental health literacy programs, including Sports, Schools, and Workplace Programs.
- Broadly represent Stay ChatTY at key events and engage with the community (including Shorts Day and Gala Ball).
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent qualifications.
- Passion for mental health and suicide prevention.
- Strong and engaging facilitation skills to adapt to differently aged audiences.
- Well-developed project management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Salary: $87,017.69 - $94,867.70 + Super/pro-rata.
