Senior Fleet and Facilities Manager

We are seeking a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing assets, people, and processes. As Senior Fleet and Facilities Manager, you will lead and optimise our fleet operations and facility management, ensuring contractual, statutory, compliance, and operational requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of fleet operations, including procurement, maintenance, compliance, and lifecycle planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate budgets, forecasts, and reports to support strategic decision making to achieve business outcomes.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits on all assets to uphold fleet performance.
  • Manage all capital expenditure and disposal activities ensuring accurate forecasting for financial requirements.
  • Record and maintain registers of all commercial leases, operational facilities, motor vehicles, and mobile equipment.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance schedules for facility and assets are conducted to optimise asset life, reduce downtime, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Mentor and support a team of coordinators and administrators.
Requirements
  • Certificate in Fleet Management, Facilities Operations, or Project Management preferred.
  • Extensive experience in fleet and facilities management, across multiple sites.
  • Knowledge in the coordination of buildings, facilities, motor vehicle fleet, and asset management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing teams.
