Job Overview

We are seeking a talented tax professional to join our Melbourne office.

The successful candidate will work on high-profile and complex tax matters, including M&A structuring and implementation, due diligence, property and infrastructure transactions, corporate restructures, inbound and outbound investment, and cross-border financing.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions alongside experienced professionals in the field.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' post-qualification experience or 5.5 years' professional services tax experience, with a focus on M&A structuring, corporate reorganisations, cross-border tax, and structuring for greenfield infrastructure and property projects.
