Content Creation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creation Specialist to join CYOS Solutions in Adelaide, Australia.

**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating, editing, and managing written content for SharePoint, helping to communicate our mission, policies, and guidelines effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, accurate, and compelling content for the clients SharePoint platform.
- Organise, categorise, and maintain content on SharePoint to ensure it is easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, compliance teams, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading to ensure content adheres to our standards, style guidelines, and best practices.
- Optimise content for readability, user-friendliness, and accessibility, keeping the diverse needs of our audience in mind.
- Ensure that all content aligns with relevant regulations and policies in our specific sector.
- Monitor content performance, gather user feedback, and make data-driven improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the SharePoint content.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in creating SharePoint modern webpages and a sound technical understanding of the SharePoint web application.
- Demonstrated experience following documented processes to provide efficient outcomes and identify opportunities to improve and add value.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to the effectiveness and overall success of the team by effectively managing personal workloads, handling competing priorities, and working autonomously.
**Estimated Salary:** $52 per hour (inc. super). Note: Salary is negotiable based on experience.
