Resource Planner Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Resource Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the forward planning of rosters and operational deployments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate national rosters in advance, identifying and addressing resource shortfalls proactively.
  • Manage and update permanent rosters, including changes to deployments, account/service terminations, annual leave coverage, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Allocate resources nationally, ensuring compliance with legislative and internal policies, including fatigue management.
  • Collaborate with clients and resource contractors to ensure security requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including State Operations Managers, Client Service Managers, Payroll, and Billing teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an operation/rostering environment.
  • Certificate in Business Administration.
  • Advanced MS Excel Qualifications.
  • Understanding of basic Analytics.
