Disability Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in the Sydney area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients as needed.
  • Assist with social activities and develop daily plans to enhance client lives.
  • Prepare meals and assist with medication administration as required.
  • Transport clients to appointments and shopping trips.

Requirements:

  • A valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation.
  • A Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services is preferred.
  • A satisfactory Australian National Police Check must be completed prior to employment.
  • A current or willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certificate is essential.

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible working hours will be arranged to meet the needs of the role.
  • Shift work may be required to accommodate client needs.
