Disability Support Career

We are seeking experienced professionals to provide person-centered care and support to individuals with disabilities.

Your daily routine will vary depending on the individual you are supporting. You may take them out for a day at the beach or assist with medical appointments. Your flexibility and adaptability are essential in this role.

We require:

  • A valid Australian driver's license and fully insured vehicle;
  • Complex/high care experience;
  • Cert III in Disability or above, or equivalent experience;
  • A current Working with Children Check;
  • First aid/CPR certificates (current);
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Empathy and proactivity in working with individuals with disabilities;
  • The ability to self-supervise and remain calm in crisis situations.

In addition, you must be eligible to live and work in Australia. If you meet these requirements, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
