Residential Care Navigator Role
">We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Residential Care Navigator to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a vital role in guiding prospective residents and their families through the transition process.
">About the Opportunity:
">The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with clinical, sales, admissions, and finance teams to ensure a seamless transition for new residents. This includes scheduling onsite tours, managing data into various Customer Relationship Management systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth resident transitions
- Scheduling and conducting onsite tours to showcase our facilities
- Managing data entry and ensuring accurate information is captured
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. You will also have experience in responding to high volumes of enquiries, as well as proficiency in using CRM systems and fast data entry skills.
