The Senior Test Analyst plays a pivotal role in the testing aspect of large-scale HR and Payroll Transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test plans for payroll implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Validate data accuracy, integrations, and payroll calculations across ADP and/or SAP platforms.
- Manage test preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting across functional, system, and user acceptance testing phases.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, test leads, and project managers to ensure seamless test coverage and timely milestone delivery.
- Identify and escalate test risks and issues to maintain quality and ensure successful program outcomes.
About You
- 10-12+ years of experience in testing HR and Payroll systems, with a proven track record.
- Recent hands-on experience with ADP Payroll and/or SAP Payroll platforms in large-scale transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management within complex enterprise environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, collaborating across multiple teams and vendors.
- Deep understanding of payroll compliance, data integrity, and complex payroll calculation scenarios.
- Experience in the airline or transportation sector is highly regarded.
