Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • You will spearhead data initiatives, platform integrations, and martech projects.
  • Product feed management and optimisation based on the latest requirements to improve performance.
  • Manage BAU feed projects, troubleshoot impacted items, and provide expert support for platform delivery and maintenance.
  • Research and present new concepts to enhance platform and digital channel efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Platforms Specialist to create end-to-end execution processes.
  • Ensure quality execution of feed-based campaigns across digital media channels.
  • Initiate test and learn programs to trial best practices and leading-edge campaigns and tactics.

Requirements

  • You have experience in digital and/or direct marketing, either in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, SA360, CM360, and DV360.
  • Troubleshooting experience and technical integration of data and platforms.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
  • Strong skills in data manipulation and analysis using Google Sheets/Excel.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with feed-based performance advertising across various platforms.
  • Well-developed commercial acumen with a track record of creating successful business cases and activity plans.
