A fast-growing business is seeking a skilled Ecommerce + Social Media Coordinator to manage its Shopify Plus stores.

This role involves ownership of all online assets, products upload, copywriting of descriptions, inventory and optimisation. You will also plan, execute and optimise online merchandising, website functions and user experience in partnership with graphic designers and the marketing team.

Key responsibilities include managing, analysing and driving channel performance based on data and relevant customer segmentation. You will also assist when required on implementation of SEO, SEM, UX, online promotions, visitor engagement, analytics and reporting.

Applicants must pass personal reference and criminal history checks.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, copywriting skills and content creation abilities. A 'Can do, Will do' attitude and ability to work autonomously are essential for this role.

Google Ads and social media marketing experience are required, as well as a Diploma (preferred). Work authorisation in Australia is preferred but not necessary.
