About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient recruitment processes to support business needs.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across Australia, ensuring seamless communication with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on position description development, interview processes, background checks, and recruitment approval processes.
  • Ongoing development and education of management in human resources policies and procedures.
  • Participate in policy review and development.
  • Assist in preparation of relevant human resources reports for management when required.
  • Contribute to achieving targets set in strategic and business plans.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in providing recruitment advisory services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with negotiation and consultation abilities.
  • Strong administration skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers.
  • Strong customer service focus and commitment to quality outcomes.
  • Knowledge of and ability to interpret Human Resources Legislation, Awards, Policies, and Procedures.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
