Project Officer

This role is a unique opportunity to join the AI Institute as a project officer, providing coordination, executive support, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, strong communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Provide project coordination and executive support
  • Contribute to communications and build key internal and external relationships
  • Provide administrative support for key programs and projects
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience
  • At least 5 years' experience in administration, with PA/EA experience to senior management in a large and complex multi-stakeholder research institution or equivalent highly regarded
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail for deliverables
  • Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience working with a range of computer systems and applications
