  • Collaborate with Principals and Managers to drive client value creation
  • Manage complete tax compliance for a range of clients
  • Establish strong relationships through proactive client communication
  • Analyze client structures to inform tax advice preparation
  • Develop financial statements, track KPIs, and set client goals
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing client business growth
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 2-3 years of experience in professional practice as an Accountant
  • Familiarity with current tax legislation and application with partner guidance
  • Expertise in managing client portfolios
  • Ability to mentor junior/intermediate staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates initiative, self-confidence, and problem-solving abilities
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in Handisoft, MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero and Microsoft Office
  • Enthusiastic about developing a fulfilling career
