Electronics Technician Position

Secure a challenging role as an Electronics Technician with a leading provider of security, monitoring, and electronics services.

This position supports the Technology Division in servicing new and existing clients by installing, maintaining, and repairing Security system hardware and software.

About The Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Installing and configuring security systems
  • Providing diagnostic advice to resolve malfunctions and issues
  • Modifying or updating hardware or software configurations
  • Offering high-level support to stakeholders and clients
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have:

  • Strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Technical expertise in software and hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Experience with Tecom, Integriti, Concept, CCTV (IP and analogue)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are desirable for this position:

  • Software and hardware development experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework
  • Certifications in relevant areas such as electronic engineering
