We are seeking an experienced Operations Shift Manager to join our team at Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd. As a key member of our Delivery Station team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient delivery of customer orders.

  4. Exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills to ensure progress and targets are realistic and achievable.

Our Delivery Station team is responsible for delivering millions of packages to Amazon customers every day. We operate a complex workflow with three major components: First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile. As an Operations Shift Manager, you will be an integral part of this process, working to continuously improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  1. 1+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
  2. 1+ years of experience in employee and performance management.

Please note that flexibility is a must for this role, as the shift pattern is based on 4 days on and 3 days off. Working hours are 3:00am to 13:00pm.
