Job Title: Cluster ManagerJob Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to lead our ACT and NSW regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the performance of 6 stores in your region, ensuring excellent customer interaction, people management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement tactical plans to drive sales, customer service, and team performance.
  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, recommending strategies to enhance performance across sales, staff, stock, and systems.
  • Manage performance through goal setting and KPI targets, ensuring staff are aware, supported, and trained to deliver on team budgets and KPIs.
  • Nurture the growth and development of your direct reports to create a talent pipeline within our retail network.
  • Prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets.
  • Manage escalated store or customer complaints, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Previous Cluster Management experience in the retail space.
  • Proven track record of delivering results, driving sales, and engaging teams, with expert knowledge of KPIs.
  • Great people management skills, with a thorough understanding of performance management.
  • Ability to analyse data, act efficiently, and make calculated business decisions.
  • Interest in thinking 'outside the box' to improve and maintain a cutting-edge knowledge of our market.
  • Passion for customers, with the ability to organise and engage in internal and external eventing.
  • Good active listening skills, providing an inclusive and supportive environment for the team and peers.
  • Ability to think on your feet and move with a sense of urgency.
