As a seasoned performance expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through strategic planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of activation staff, providing coaching, teaching, and support to ensure high-quality results for clients. They will collaborate with clients to develop successful implementation plans that drive real business change.

This position requires strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and agency client teams. The successful candidate will foster trust and understanding, contribute to great teamwork, and help drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing team workflow, delegating tasks, setting goals, and resolving issues (35%)
  • Product development, enriching ongoing implementation planning and buying practices, and bringing innovation to the table (30%)
  • Client-facing activities, owning key relationships, demonstrating strong media planning principles, and providing coaching and guidance (20%)
  • Commercial responsibilities, addressing challenges, seeking improvements, and supporting investment decisions (15%)

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess attention to detail, organisational skills, teamwork abilities, communication expertise, analytical thinking, flexibility, and proactivity. You must be able to identify problems, implement solutions, and minimise risk across all implementation processes and procedures.
