Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team, supporting the Venue Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities- Promote a positive work environment, fostering collaboration and motivating the team to achieve exceptional results.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Develop and execute business strategies, driving revenue growth and improving customer engagement.
- Mentor and develop staff, leveraging their strengths to create a cohesive and efficient team.
- Proven experience in hospitality leadership, preferably with expertise in food, beverage, and gaming operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
- Able to lead by example, promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- An attractive base salary of $74,000, complemented by superannuation and half-yearly bonus opportunities.
