We are seeking a skilled baker to join our team at Baked-Culture. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified baker or 3rd year+ apprentice baker to work on baking sourdough bread and pastries, mixing and bulk fermenting sourdough, shaping breads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow specific instructions to ensure all recipes stay at a consistent high standard.
  • Work independently, maintaining clean and organised workspace.
  • Complete all daily tasks promptly.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating a variety of pastries and desserts.
  • Bakery and Baking skills.
  • Cooking and Food Preparation skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in baking or pastry making.
