Required Skills and QualificationsWe're looking for someone with:
- ALIA-accredited tertiary qualifications in Library and Information Services
- Strong knowledge of collection development, cataloguing practices, and digital resources
- Proven experience leading teams in a public library setting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- A passion for community engagement, literacy, and lifelong learning
