About the Opportunity

The Research Associate will be employed as part of a prestigious research grant. The RA will take the major responsibility to design, implement, and test anomaly detection for sophisticated attacks in large-scale systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and test large-scale models, including large language models (LLMs).
  • Apply machine learning techniques to system security, particularly in the context of complex computer systems or networks.
  • Design, implement, and test large-scale computing systems with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and robustness.
  • Work independently and as a member of a broader team.
  • Interact with higher degree by research candidates, staff, and industry partners.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you'll have:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, with significant experience in designing and implementing large-scale models.
  • Extensive experience in the design, implementation, and testing of large-scale computing systems.
  • A strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
