Optical Dispenser Role

We are seeking a confident and personable Optical Dispenser to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and experience.

About the role:

- Stock Management: Place frame, lens and sundry stock orders in a timely manner;
- Ensure necessary stock is delivered when required;
- Assist with lens fittings and checking of jobs received (quality control) from suppliers;
- Deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations;
- Contribute to social media and store marketing campaigns.

Your Responsibilities:

This is a role that offers autonomy and opportunities beyond the usual responsibilities. You'll have the chance to showcase your skills in marketing, including social media, and earn bonuses based on performance.
