The Role

In this part-time position (0.5–0.8 FTE) on a 12-month contract, you will report to our accomplished former CEO, now Principal Consultant.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and executing strategic initiatives that transform concepts into sustainable, high-impact solutions.
  2. Developing strategic partnerships, securing funding, and cultivating relationships that drive business growth.
  3. Conducting in-depth research and analysis to guide organisational decision-making.
  4. Collaborating across teams to implement projects aligned with ClearCompany's strategic goals.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:

  1. A passion for improving lives through evidence-based solutions.
  2. Proven success in business development, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
  3. Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a knack for crafting impactful proposals.
  4. Strong digital literacy and experience with data tools/systems.
