Job Opportunity:

This is a permanent, full-time position offering 38 hours per week to lead a team of passionate Educators in managing a service at a primary school for children aged 5-12 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.
  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft.
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school community, and parents.
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.

You will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours. Block shifts may be available during school holidays.

  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Basic Australian work rights
