Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with Customer Enquiries: Providing product information, advice on product features, and resolving customer issues.
  • Order Processing and Packing: Accurately and efficiently processing and packing e-commerce orders.
  • Utilizing Shopify and Gorgias: Managing customer profiles, accounts, and order histories to enhance the shopping experience and personalize customer interactions.
  • Leveraging Technology: Utilizing Loop to process and manage returns and overseeing logistics and fulfillment via Starshipit.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: Essential in customer service and order fulfillment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills, as all queries will be responded to via email or chat.
