Key Responsibilities- Process and manage invoices, including collation, scanning, and entry into the accounting system
- Distribute invoices to development managers and authorized personnel for approval
- Assist with daily bank reconciliations for active development projects
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations as required
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Previous experience in accounts payable and financial administration
- High volume processing skills
- Experience with ERP systems, such as Sage or Oracle
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Time management skills
