We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Financial Strategist to join our team at Wesfarmers Health. As a key member of our supply chain leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our supply chain operations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading health, beauty, and wellness company in Australia. You will serve as the financial and commercial lead for API's supply chain operations, working closely with the General Manager (Supply Chain) and other senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning for the supply chain business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to ensure the financial health and success of our supply chain operations.
  • Manage business case preparation and conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure all strategic initiatives are properly costed and benefits calculated.
  • Analyse performance trends, provide scenario/sensitivity analysis, and deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, variance analysis, and recommendations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance-related discipline.
  • CPA/CA qualification.
  • 10 - 15 years of experience in fast-paced, high-performing commercial finance roles supporting Supply Chain, with at least 5 years in management positions.
  • Experience in FMCG, Retail, Pharmaceutical, and/or Supply Chain sectors is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in performance insights, business planning, and budgeting in a commercial context.
  • Ability to provide value-adding commercial and business advice to senior management.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated around AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per year, depending on your experience.
