About the Role

We are seeking an experienced New Product Development Specialist to join our team at Bega Group. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for assessing the implications of new products on our supply chain using data modelling and analysis principles.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain principles, with experience in stakeholder management and influencing skills. You will be able to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment and work effectively in cross-functional project teams.

Key responsibilities will include capturing key NPD planning activities, identifying relationships, and managing/communicating implications of schedule updates. You will also be responsible for clearly communicating objectives and deliverables to planning team members, venture teams, and key stakeholders.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a similar role with an in-depth knowledge of supply chain principles
  • Stakeholder management skill – Ability to influence, collaborate, and resolve issues
  • Ability to display time-management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience using data modelling and analysis principles
  • Skilled in SAP – ECC and APO
