Job Description
This permanent opportunity for a Heavy Diesel Mechanic involves supporting the service, repair and inspection of drilling and well servicing rigs, operational equipment, vehicles & trailers.
The successful candidate will have expertise in servicing, repairing & manufacturing of new and rebuilt drilling / well servicing rigs, refurbishment and assembly of oil and gas equipment, and service & repairs of vehicles and trailers (transport & earthmoving equipment).
Key Responsibilities
- Service, repair and inspect drilling and well servicing rigs, operational equipment, vehicles & trailers
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Produce high-quality work
- Conduct general housekeeping of work area and equipment
Requirements
- Preferable experience with CAT equipment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Good understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
