Job Overview

As a Senior Audio Professional, you will be part of a high-impact team delivering world-class sound for concerts, festivals, national tours, and specialty shows.

  • Rigging and setting up audio equipment on and off stage
  • Tuning and mixing of audio as a Front of House Operator and/or System Tech, using a variety of consoles and systems
  • Managing on-stage sound, including responsibility for in-ear sound
  • Providing technical support, including serving as Technical Lead where required
  • Conducting onsite checks of audio equipment
  • Playing an active part in the selection, pre-event programming, and resetting of audio equipment for events
  • Providing motivation and support to junior staff, as an onsite subject matter expert in the Audio discipline
  • Supporting teams with the bump in and bump out of events
  • Communicating effectively at all stages of production with valued clients, ensuring that show delivery is of the highest standard
