The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join our team at our Ringwood location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, with a strong focus on delivering excellent guest service while managing their team and restaurant in all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of up to 60 staff across multiple departments, including overseeing the head chef.
  • Rostering, on-shift management, and training to ensure high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Stock Control and Costs of Goods to maintain profitability and efficiency.
  • Maintain adherence to and auditing of OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Identify sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure superior service and quality is maintained through ongoing monitoring and improvement initiatives.
  • Foster and maintain a positive working environment while leading by example.
