Job Title: Senior Family Law Specialist

We are seeking an experienced legal professional with a minimum of two years Post Admission Experience (PAE) who can navigate a diverse and engaging caseload across family law and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Expert Legal Counsel: Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, separation, property settlements, child custody and access, spousal maintenance, and family violence matters.
  • Draft and Negotiate Key Documents: Develop legal documents such as consent orders, parenting plans, financial agreements, and court applications.
  • Conduct Thorough Research and Analysis: Develop effective case strategies and advise clients on their rights and obligations.
  • Represent Clients with Confidence: Represent clients in various forums, including mediation, conciliation, and court proceedings.
  • Client Communication is Key: Provide clear and empathetic advice while managing client expectations.
  • Case Management is Crucial: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and case management records.
  • Collaboration is Essential: Work with barristers, experts, and other professionals as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years Post Admission Experience (PAE) with a demonstrable track record in family law.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
